A special visit South from Scots pianist Paul Kirby prompts this piano/vocal collaboration with Sara Mitra. This is a rare occasion to hear her collection of jazz-influenced original songs, as she and PK prepare for their debut recording project. With enchanting jazz vocals supported by inspired piano accompaniment, this is a chance to hear Sara's unique voice in its most pure and free form yet.
Katherine Watson revisits Acoustic Soul Sunday with more of her thoughtful and charming songs. A seasoned actress and dancer, Katherine's deft approach to music and songwriting was lapped up by last October's audience.
Pete Barrett performs his Americana-influenced songs with a sweet and gentle melancholy that none could be unmoved by. After a spell-binding performance at September's Acoustic Soul Sunday event, we are delighted to have him back for another taste of his rare delights.
